You know how sometimes you pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming?? That was me all day with Trang, David, their adorable fur baby Casper and their friends!
I had just flown in from a photo trip to Salt Lake City, Utah (a story for another day) and arrived to the San Francisco airport ready for an amazing adventure. Trang, David and Casper drove in to pick me up and I immediately felt the LOVE- they made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable! We drove straight to lunch; they treated me to the best lobster roll and bisque I have had in years… as I said – I had to pinch myself.
There we sat, great food, delicious beer, amazing company, adorable fur baby… and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… their friends who took the day off to help out with Casper arrived. I felt like I had just been adopted into the coolest group of friends!! Ahhh!
We headed over to our first destination, Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. We had previously discussed a day of exploring the park and had two particular spots in mind, The Stow Lake Boathouse and the Japanese Tea Garden.
Upon arriving, I was ecstatic to find blooming hydrangeas and fairytale-like spots… I mean, this park pretty much knocked me off my feet & with these two cuties and Casper in front of my lens, I was in heaven!
After the park, we headed to Baker Beach for some photos with the iconic San Francisco Bridge in the background. It was such a fun way to end our session!
I am incredibly thankful to be working with these two sweethearts, and thankful that the very talented and lovely Christine from CMG Weddings & Events connected us. I cannot wait for their wedding next year in San Jose!
Check out their story below…
How did you meet?
We met through mutual friends. Trang’s bridesmaid (Katrina) is our cupid.
What is your proposal story?
David popped the question while we were on our vacation in Paris on 8/5/17. David knows I love food so he proposed after he fed me a fancy 9-course dinner at Joe Rubechon 🙂 It was totally a surprise to me. It was a thrilling moment that I will never forget. That was the best vacation ever!
Dont rush, just soak it all up, and enjoy every moment of it!! Lots of love are in the air…
What is your favorite thing about being engaged?
my absolute favorite thing about being engaged is NO MORE asking when I’m going to get engaged!! haha, NO MORE wondering when will he pop the question! =)
Congrats again on your engagement Trang & David!! Can’t wait for your wedding day!
XO,
V
