It is the holiday season and I am running around trying to wrap up my plans (and gifts!), BUT I am also taking a minute to slow down and appreciate the fact that I get to document love stories!! I am particularly thrilled to share this one with you today because My Ha found me through a previous #fettibride (Carlee!) – we obviously clicked right away! 🙂
I met My Ha & Myles at Carbon Canyon Regional Park. These two are the type you can’t help but fall in love with. They are not only very kind, but also a lot of fun to be around. They are parents to two adorable doodles – Mac & Mozzie! I had the best time with them all, check out their engagement session below!
Myles and I are both nurses and we met at the hospital. My mom was his hiring manager and she actually introduced us! He was meeting with her in her office and she called me to tell me to stop by before clocking in on my floor. The rest is history!
We got engaged at Horseshoe Bend, AZ! It was during a little family RV road trip. Myles wanted to get a family picture of us and our two fur babies. He asked a random couple to take the picture for us and quietly mentioned to them he was going to propose. We were taking pictures when Myles asked if we should crouch down to be at the dogs’ height so we did. I didn’t notice that he actually got down on one knee and pulled out a ring box from his pocket! The photographer asked if we wanted him to take a video too, which I thought was strange but Myles said yes to. After that, Myles proposed! It was perfect.
Our engagement location wasn’t really anything special to us until now. It was just a beautiful spot and I think he planned it really well!
I think the best piece of advice would be to definitely pick out clothes you feel comfortable and good in! Also helps to know the location the session is at too!
All of it! I love this stage of our relationship. It’s super exciting and wedding planning has been so fun!
